Our story
We watched people manage serious conditions in silence.
Flittle exists because of a simple conviction: the right small group of people changes how someone lives with a condition.
Why Flittle
The hardest part happens between appointments.
Clinical care is a few hours a year. Living with a condition is all of them. Flittle is built for the rest.
What we believe
Four convictions that shaped every decision we've made.
Small is the point.
Six to eight people is not a limitation of Flittle, it is the design. Research consistently shows that trust, disclosure, and genuine mutual support emerge in small groups. We refuse to scale at the cost of connection.
Matching changes everything.
Random peer groups fail. People drop out when they don't feel seen. Fello analyses condition complexity, personality signals, and lived experience to build circles where people genuinely recognise each other without having to explain themselves from scratch.
Persistence beats intensity.
One wellbeing webinar changes nothing. Showing up every week, to the same people, over months changes outcomes. Flittle circles are permanent structures, not time-limited programmes. They grow closer as time goes on.
Safety is the foundation.
Trained facilitation and clear escalation routes, designed in before anything else.

We saw a gap that mattered and decided to close it.
